1. Cancellation is not the same as a refund
You may cancel a recurring WP Error Alert subscription to prevent future renewal. A standard end-of-period cancellation normally leaves access active until the end of the current paid billing period. Canceling does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
2. Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed separately from cancellation requests. A request may be considered for circumstances such as duplicate billing, an incorrect charge, a verified technical failure that prevented delivery of the purchased commercial entitlement, or where applicable law requires a refund.
A refund is not automatically guaranteed merely because part of a billing period was unused, a subscription was canceled after renewal, or a customer stopped using the service.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Customers should cancel before the next renewal when they do not want another billing period. Renewal refunds are not promised automatically and are handled as separate requests subject to the facts, Paddle processes and applicable law.
4. No automatic prorated refunds
Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved in a specific case, WP Error Alert does not promise automatic proportional or prorated refunds for unused time remaining in an active billing period.
5. Paddle payment processing
Paid purchases are processed through Paddle. Refund execution, transaction reversal and billing records may therefore be handled through Paddle's systems. Customers may be asked to provide purchase details sufficient to locate the transaction.
6. Chargebacks
Please use support or the appropriate Paddle purchase-support channel before initiating a chargeback when possible. Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse or payment disputes may result in suspension of commercial entitlements while payment status is reviewed.
7. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit refund, withdrawal, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
8. How to request help
For a refund or billing issue, use the support contact published on TinySharp.com or the purchase-support options provided by Paddle. Never send passwords, full card details, API keys or license secrets unnecessarily.
