Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of WP Error Alert, including the Free core, paid Pro add-on, Agency entitlements, monitoring services, licensing services, private updates and related notifications.

2. Product structure

WP Error Alert is intended to use a Free WordPress.org core together with a separate private commercial add-on. The same commercial add-on may serve Pro and Agency, while server-side entitlements control permitted site counts and paid capabilities.

3. Plans and site limits

  • Free: intended for one website and the Free feature set.
  • Pro: up to 5 licensed websites.
  • Agency: up to 25 licensed websites.

You may not deliberately bypass licensing controls, reuse a license beyond its permitted allowance, resell a license key as a standalone product, or expose private commercial update packages publicly.

4. Monitoring limitations

Monitoring, diagnostics and alerts help detect and investigate problems. They do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, detection of every failure, recovery of lost data, prevention of security incidents, or error-free operation. You remain responsible for backups, hosting, security, maintenance, testing and disaster recovery.

5. Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions unless checkout states otherwise. Billing is handled through Paddle. The amount, interval, taxes and renewal terms shown at checkout form part of the purchase terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

6. Cancellation

Subscription management and cancellation are handled through Paddle's customer portal or a valid subscription-management link provided through the paid product flow or Paddle communications.

For a standard cancellation scheduled for the end of the billing period, paid access remains active until the end of the current paid period and the subscription does not renew for the next period.

7. Refunds

Cancellation and refunds are separate processes. Canceling does not automatically create a refund. Refund requests are handled under the separate Refund Policy, Paddle purchase processes and mandatory consumer law.

8. Paid access and entitlement state

Subscription state is the authority for ongoing commercial access. Transaction records are payment evidence and do not independently grant indefinite access. Access may be limited, suspended or ended when a subscription is canceled, invalid, expired, refunded, charged back or otherwise no longer entitled.

9. Updates

Commercial updates may be delivered through a private updater requiring a valid entitlement and active installation. A permanent public Pro download URL is not promised.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to attack, probe, overload, monitor without authorization, bypass security controls, distribute malicious software, violate third-party rights, or conduct unlawful activity.

11. Intellectual property

WP Error Alert, its software, branding, website content and commercial components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted by the applicable software license, no ownership rights are transferred.

12. Third-party services

The service may rely on third parties such as Paddle, hosting infrastructure and transactional email providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and availability.

13. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Error Alert is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every incident, error, outage, payment problem or security issue will be detected or prevented. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

14. Changes

These Terms may be updated when the product, pricing, legal requirements or service architecture changes. Material changes should be communicated where legally required.

15. Contact

For product or legal questions, use the contact channel published on TinySharp.com.

Before final launch, add the business's exact legal name, registered address, governing law and dispute-resolution jurisdiction after legal review.
